After completing this activity, participants should be able to:

• Describe the current understanding of IBD pathophysiology with respect to inflammatory signaling pathways and potential therapeutic targets
• Integrate clinical evidence, recent real-world data, current guidelines, and patient preferences into individualized treatment plans for IBD patients
• Assess the mechanism of action and therapeutic potential of evolving treatments in IBD
• Interpret clinical data for integration into the management of special patient populations in IBD

The certificate is not the official record of your participation in the activity. The official record of credit will be the information in the CPE Monitor system. Following ACPE Policy, HMP Education must transmit your claim to CPE Monitor within 60 days from the date you complete this CPE activity. HMP Education is not able to report your claimed credit after this 60-day period.
